In case you want to raise capital from venture capital funds (VCs), you need to become a company that matches their criteria (company-venture capital fit – CVCF).

A CVCF is a company with a product-market fit (PMF).

PMF here is a product that not only satisfies the needs of the market but also must satisfy the criteria of VCs.
