These are the strategy questions that I used to play with while sitting at Unicorn tech companies – I call them PERFORMANCE questions.
In other words, what METRICS do we need to get obsessed with to capture a huge % of a defined market?
And go after these metrics almost exclusively at the company level once the growth mode kicks in.
Most of the time, those are Revenue and Customer-related metrics, which I will share with you today.
