Sometimes, I realize that as a founder: I need to be supportive and patient with new people who join the company.

Itโ€™s easy to get frustrated by how long it can take to onboard new people and forget that they havenโ€™t necessarily spent 10 years working on what I am doing in Startup, Fundraising World.

I’m no smarter than other members of our startup. I’ve just spent a lot of time here and on our product. Other new members have spent time doing other work before. That’s the reason why they’re extremely valuable for our company.

So, I should spend time with them, to share what I know about the company (culture, product, experience), and I can learn from their experience outside society.
