You should stop listening to every user

When you start a Startup. You will have this kind of user coming:

– Users like FREE product

– Users promise to buy if you have these functions, those functions

– Users already to pay MONEY, and feedback to improve the product for your startup

The first User won’t pay you any penny no matter what good or bad product you made. So why do you listen to them?

The second User can buy your product, but if you follow all of their requests, you will be flooded by the functions and hard to scale fast. So you receive their feedback, promise that you will do the function one day in the future, and then find another customer

The last user is the best user you should listen to. Why? Because they pay you the money for your MVP Product, and they will spend time using it, and feedback to you that which functions they need. When you can do the functions, the user will pay more money and will refer your product to their friends.

So listen to the users who pay you money
